Alice Rivlin and Robert Rubin got out while the getting was good. what occasioned Rivlin's dovish stance in the first place is beyond me. she seemed old enough to not believe in 'new paradigms'. the Fed is of course worrying about the wrong bogey - deflation will come back to haunt us soon enough, imo. regards, hb
