Michael, I took another hint from the interview which mentioned Del respects Oracle and Adobe. I took a quick glance at their net profit margins and made an extrapolation to Borland's situtaion. If Borland sqeaked out $140m in sales and I use a 14% Net Profit Margin (from looking at Oracle's last few reports) and divide that by 33m shares, you only get $0.59 a share earnings. The rest of you can do the math and see what the share price is with current P/Es. But looking at it that way, I'm sure that's a low ball estimate. With 4 new significant product releases, I'm sure they would generate more revenue than that. That's just a little more than they are generating now.

Any other opinions on this?
Dennis
