MBOX will price today or tomorrow 10-12 range. PTEK and HLTH crashing and burning because MSFT sold 2 mil shares of webmd @ 54 or so. biz.yahoo.com states >> The company said the rights were assigned ''at a significant premium to Microsoft's tender offer price,'' which, according to the Healtheon filing, was $54.17. << and "shareholders of WebMD will get 1.815 Healtheon shares for each WebMD share" ... That makes the Microsoft's WebMD prefered shares (which aren't even trading under HLTH) worth $98.32 each - without factoring in the "significant premium" statement above. Compare that to today's closing price for HLTH of 72-3/8 ... looks like all today's sellers were losers. So what to buy here, PTEK or HLTH.. Had a fill for 10 3/8 yesterday but sold it for lunch money since I had to leave. NDB price target 100 RMBS price target ~ Some guys at DLJ cant sleep? When is TWE a buy? Oh I am loading up on CYBS, They were part of BYND before, in the same business as CYCH, CKFR sorta but with ML, JPM, PW and the utter underwritting them, They should do good after quiet period. GOTO makes a higher low here? watching to see if I should get back in, Still at a loss on that one since it kept tanking each time I got back in.
