PERL has some nice numbers>Fourth Quarter Sales Up 78% and Year End Sales Up 43% Nothing the govt. does is either trustworthy or reliable. The correct latin term for this would be qui bono, whom does it benefit. Yesterday had more new lows than new highs. End of quarter window dressing?
