A secondary offering may help in the long term

Example: With TSIS generating excess cash every quarter, they may be able to do a stock buyback. Lets say TSIS buys back 1 million shares over the next 12 to 18 months. Then they approach a major brokerage firm. The brokerage firm then does a secondary offering of 1 million shares for TSIS. Now this major brokerage can recommend TSIS (gives TSIS a buy or accumulate rating) This gives TSIS that much needed visibility.

Still bullish
