edgar-online.com I just finished reviewing this distributor agreement and speaking with Andrew Krakauer at Ohmeda. They actually seem pretty excited about their distribution agreement. This then led me to investigate the financial well being of Ohmeda. The distribution agreement seems very strong but without the ability to pay (who cares) ohmedamedical.com I discovered that this is indeed a financially sound company. Indeed they were purchased by a consortium including Baxter international for several hundred million dollars. datex-engstrom.com Do you have a differant opinion about this agreement?
