Skip: Do you understand what you are suggesting? It represents a mismangement of share capital, done only in the interest of and to line the pockets of the investment banker, and at the expense of the common shareholder. Companies that do not need cash do not do secondary offerings. Not now, not in 18 months. Sorry if I offended you. jmt
