Carolyn, Ted David came on and thought they had told him (may have been a hand sign),he had one second to speak so he said about a minutes worth of reporting in about a second and he waited to go to commercial.
Then he realized they were telling him he had one minute. Ted with that quick mind of his cracked several good jokes while reporting for the minute.
Oh BTW, Ted can blush through a tan. Funny stuff, the guy is a pro.
