how is Doug Butcher calculating book value the only real asset i know for the company is the hero's property,which is going to have liens against it and the water park in Midland. The games that he bought last year are sitting in storage and most do not work i have pictures of the facilities and the condition of most of the equipment that i will post soon i also hear of a few major lawsuits that are in the works along with the few he already has. I hear major back bitting from Doug and management, a board member "Dougs wife" A MAJOR stock holder was back stabbing the only competent person at ETPI ,Mick Grassberger calling him a back stabber and saying how he owed every thing to Doug. If it was not for Mick and Rob of nitelife there would be no ETPI over the last year they have covered all Dougs mistakes and the cash flow of nitelife has keep ETPI alive.
