Looks like there is some resistance at 80, but once that is broken (and held), looks good for a move to the 88-90 area, but wouldn't be surprised to see it try to get back to it's high of 99.

Really, as it is right now, we're not to awfully far from that all time high. And as BLUE would say, a type-1 Internet stock ALWAYS returns to it's old highs. :*)

TA (at least the form of TA that I use) cares not for what the Market Cap is. As far as dilution, yes, that can have an effect on the chart (if trading), but as you said, those shares are not trading. I'm not 100% sure of this (still somewhat new to P&F), but this is my take on it.
