Earnings announcement

Someone contacted IR according to a note on the now closed Yahoo board and was told that ObjectShare's external accountants were late and they ObjectShare was going to focus on Nasdaq re-listing (Small Cap) instead of the 10K. Therefore earings would be out on the 90th day (March 31) or an extension would be filed.

I think that if there were no major issues with the accounting firm ObjectShare would at least report earnings and file the 10K later. Of course even if there are issues it does not mean that earnings are poor. I think about 3 cents negative is expected. Anything higher could boost the price. I am most interested in seeing the 1st quarter since VW5i was released just 2 weeks prior to 4Q close.
