It was on NPR this morning (except for the Dick Morris part). Apparently after the S.McDugal and J.Steele trials, the jury consultants for Kenny determined that they would have an even tougher time trying Hubbell, and another failure would look bad on his resume.
The deal is they drop all charges against his wife, accountant, and dog, he gets probation for some minor technical matter about his billing practices and he agrees to talk to Starr only after the other conditions have been carried out.
