Gary, LU has a $4 billion r&d budget. it seems appropriate to protect this investment. When Micron coughs up whatever they settle for, it will certainly cover costs. I also expect that CSCO will be handing money over going forward. I am sure that McGinn gets a little pleasure from that alone, given all the crap thrown his way by his competitors about how LU would/will fail. Brian
