I hope you're right. If we push above 13 9/16, it will happen, but "if" is the operative word.

My impression - and it's only that - is that the runup to 13 1/2 occurred on flurries of buys by smaller traders (1000-3000). I didn't notice that many "block" trades (i.e. >5000 shares). Can anyone give us any input as to that? If we don't have these bigger trades running on the positive tide, it will be very difficult to scale 14 today.
