The migration of cicuit to packet and maintaining the revenue stream will be a pain for LU. No it wont. That's why ASND bought Stratus. That, in turn, was another good reason why LU bought ASND. ASND has been working very closely with Stratus for some time now to develop a seamless IP gateway. Didnt your lame duck CSCO just figure this out last week? CSCO has NO migration products. That's why there will NEVER be any core CSCO crap in the big guys networks. CSCO had the chance and blew it, again. with narry a care in the world about the impact on older technologies and infrastructures. You also have a lot of customers with legacy CSCO systems that you wont support any more that are really pissed off. One thing customers never forget is when a vendor screws 'em and laughs all the way to the bank. Upgrade, what upgrade? You got to be kidding!
