IMO, the long term things to look at here are potential market penetration and whether the revenue will justify the current bloated market cap. If you are just trading the stock, it may run a few points in either direction short term, especially if the company releases additional PRs. Be aware, however, that some of the PRs don't move teh stock, as teh market has become somewhat numb to promises that take forever to come to fruition. For an example of a PR that backfired, read the posts subsequent to the date they announced the agreement with Datex Ohmeda. The stock dropped from 12.5 into the 8's in a hurry. The subsequent PRs about the Lehman agreement clearly indicated the company was counting on that announcement to rocket the stock and give them better financing leverage with Lehman, but it didn't happen.
