Again you've made an assumption that is unfounded. I still haven't seen anything that says LU succeeded in getting royalites from CSCO. I'm not sure that they did or did not, but to make such an assumption seems strange given the press so far. Given what little I know of the patents that were pressed LU had little chance of winning in court so my assumption that there are no royalties being passed I think is a fairly good one. OG
