A little tid bit for everyone Microforum [MCF:TSE]--Waiting for Some New Word Microforum announced today that the Ontario Securities Commission has provided a final receipt to the company regarding the private placement financing of 2,891,739 special warrants at a price of $1.15 per special warrant. Each warrant has been exercised for one common share, with the proceeds used for working capital and to fund the acquisition of Software Guaranty Inc. With little other than these four-month-old OSC notices available to excite investors lately, MCF's shares continue drifting almost lifelessly, dropping today to a close of $5.40, down a quarter. We hear the company has some major new deals to announce, but for now it remains a patience test... 209.53.120.100 Best regards WB
