You have got to stop looking down at your shoes or over your shoulder. The future is in front of you, not behind you. Would you say LSI is overvalued if it were earning $.50 per share per quarter right now? I think you would say, No it is undervalued at that level. Now, would you say it were over valued if it were earning $0.50 per quarter 3 months from now? How about 6 months? Well that's the level they will be approaching just 6 months from now and if that six months is material to you, you might want to find a new hobby because you are not going to find many situations where stock valuation is based on only historical performance. If you want to talk about a stock that is overvalued go to the AMD thread, the only basis for its valuation is the HOPE that MAYBE they can take some of INTC's business and INTC will let them do it, that's called speculation. In LSI's case, the design wins are in hand and production is beginning. Anyone who has worked to understand the specific business opportunities that LSI is currently engaged in, also knows these are FACTS not speculation.

PS Have you ever talked with anyone at LSI? Have you ever heard Corrigan speak at a conference or annual meeting or anything? You might want to do these basic things before you make judgements around a company's business prospects, either in the shortrun or longrun.
