That is the most positive outlook regarding Y2K that I've heard so far. Since I tend to throw out the "outliers" in my search for the truth (i.e., the most negative projections and the most positive outlooks), well, ... .

I cannot possibly develop a scenario in which the above DOES NOT occur to some extent.
