Pat: Are you resident in Canada? Take a look at that 368 page document I mentioned this morning in a prior message... From page 2... "Only JDS Shareholders resident in Canada are entitled to receive Exchangeable Shares to allow such shareholders to obtain a deferral of taxable capital gains in certain circumstances."
