Let me know when you will passing through Chicago. I will meet you at O'Hare with certificate in hand 23k shares. Have a certified check for $5450. which represents my average cost now of 23 cents a share plus about $150 in brokerage fees and there your's.

I will assume that you will respond in a timing manner like Susie has of my offer on his July 1 date.
