Anybody out there with an opinion of the $275 Million shelf offering which hit the news yesterday. I have two opinions: 1. Company's don't normally borrow and go into more debt unless they expect to make more profit in the future. 2. This move could be DILUTIVE to current shareholders since the offering will include convertible bonds. PG & others......what is your input. Thanks.
