GG: I have invested in EELN with a multi-year time horizon. All those that sold Yahoo early on (after the first couple hundred % increase) were sorry. EELN has a stellar management team, great backers (like Benchmark Capital, Yahoo, Softbank, and E-Group), and is the first mover in a massive market. This company will do VERY well in the next few years, IMO. Its a keeper for the online IRAs. I expect that we could get some excellent analyst coverage in a few weeks. We may even see Queen Marry Meeker come on board and endorse this company. That could help Morgan Stanley be in a better position to do some additional offerings / financings for E-loan <G> .

Lets just hope the Fed and interest rates co-operate. EELN depends on a healthy re-financing environment. Yet, most net stocks also depend on "reasonable interest rates" -- in order to help justify their valuations.

I'm in EELN for the LONG RUN.

Best Regards,

Scott
