the fund raiseing is behind us now
and so are the old mine trailings which by the way provided 700.000 ounces ,
not to shabby ,
but not the amount that we had hoped for i agree ,
the strike length still to be drilled at cata preta is six km
with one km width at one intersection and less in other spots ,
lets hope the eldorado still waits ,
and lets remember that we now have a diamond mine which has drill proven reserves of 3mill gem quality carats
which independant analysis feels is probably expandable ,
but you know all this ,
like you i`m eager for our swanny to get on with it too .
we`ve been through tough times on this one and i wouldn`t dream of
instructing you on your posts because i also consider you a friend
who has held the flame for our swanny during the dark times when
dweiniepeinmeanies ,anticonfoterrorists and realuptights fought us daily ,but now that their gone else where it doesn`t make sense to me for us to go out of our way to simply amplify our anger and frustration beyond whats really bugging us ,
were angry because our swanny hasn`t kept us up to date with progress reports ,our shareprice has suffered unesessarily as a result and knowing the great potential that is our swanny today were pissed !
i hope this thread continues if as nothing else then a place where swanny shareholders can come to exchange ideas and info about our swanny and yes social pleasantries , why not ,after reading as many threads as i have on si i have come to the conclusion that first and foremost theses threads should be social because the investment value
is at best just a place to start your investigation ,
i don`t advocate ra ra ra for the company but then again i don`t advocate the opposite either , perhaps reading the npa (as well as others )thread made me yern for the days when i could share good feelings here and get them in return , we investers aren`t all made of marble and gold , i think there`s a little flesh and blood in us as well .
