Speaking of mysteries, if anyone has bothered to read the Form 10-12g recently filed,particularly Item 10- why would the company continue to sell stock in private sales for $.20 per shr as late as Apr 99 when stock was selling in the $.70 - $3.81 range? IMO financing must be hard to come by to sell private placements to foreign companies in that range.
I hardly approve of raising the allowable cap to a 150 mil common shr in one fell swoop either. But then, that is just my opinion. I see a lot of dilution going on to unspecified parties in a big way. Makes one wonder.
