Our 1999 annual meeting is being held the Bellevue Hilton, 100 112th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA 98004, on September 21, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. PDT. The purposes of the annual meeting are to:

1. Approve a $251 million equity investment in ART.

2. Approve a 4 million share increase in the number of shares issuable under our restated equity incentive plan.

3. Elect two class III directors.

4. Attend to any other business properly presented at the annual meeting.
