Yes, a soft opening is a good thing. Working out the unforeseen kinks and bugs on light traffic is a must. You cannot simulate the real thing in this type of business. You have to do it for real. Too much is invested to have a full blown opening, only to lose many potential customers due to an unforeseen obstacle. If goon-line is successful, word will get around and quickly. Buddy
