I don't believe the uptik rule applies on a bb stock. Also, as you may know. You can short a large amount and cause the price to drop or you can buy a large number of puts which would force the mm to immediately short an equivalent number of shares in order to protect their position. Or, you just keep shorting on every uptic until the desired affect is achieved. In eith case. There can be no denying that short interest at approx 3.5 million shares has indeed taken place. That is approx. 20% of the float.

A very interesting position indeed.
