I agree with your "no bid" statement. This was a scary and potentially expensive situation for EDS to get themselves into. I have witnessed a couple of these same situations lately and am pleased that they are not just accepting any contract. Ramping up e-commerce and posturing themselves like they did with this deal will be beneficial in the long run...in my opinion, of course. I have liked what Dick Brown has done for EDS and look forward to many more positive strides by the management team and the company. He's tough and that's what they need right now. It's critical.
