Forrest, I don't believe short sales have to be reported on OTC-BB like they do on Nasdaq stocks. Somewhere amid all the crap spewed by the touts on the NCDR thread, is a post quoting someone at the OTC-BB stating as much, as well as the fact that no uptick is required for shorting OTC-BB. I kinda think Mama Bear posted it, maybe not, it was in response to lead tout Porcari's claim that it was illegal to short BB's. Mr. Burns
