GPS, I am being informed that the allocation to some Pru Branch offices is no more than 100-200 shares of VaxGen. With 1200 branch offices, it is easy to see how few shares are available to the public when you subtract out the institutional shares and other commitments. Although the official IPO price is yet to be announced, I assume it will be $15. glen
