Philip: Completed my first IBD scan last night. Yielded 17 possibilities, but only one looks ripe to me: OFCP Closed yesterday @ 20 7/8, EPS=97, RS=81, 211,000 shares traded, CPM=1.30, Merit=75. OFCP has left its 5-yr high in the dust. Just waiting for a volume pop. John
