Pat: Since I follow some of the same stocks you do, including UNPH, you may cross a bridge or two you didn't want to cross, but you are near a few very fine stairways to the sky. When the taxtaker cometh, it is better to be taxed on large gains than small ones, no? You keep more net. BTW one of the small companies which creates systems using UNPH components (among others of course) is Harmonic (HLIT). If you haven't looked already, it might be worth it now.
