SUCCESS! Per a call to the Arizona Department of Mines it is apparent that they have taken a completely different tone towards. I surmise that their attorneys have told the Department and its Board of Governors of the impairment they have caused to IPM. Pity the people who unloaded based upon the Department's comments. They have been acting way outside their limited charter of promoting mining in Arizona. They have become the judge and jury for all miners in the State of Arizona. IMO they have neither the qualifications nor infrastruture nor legal basis to be such.
