Financials will be made public on or about June 30. If they are not out yet at the time of the open house on June 29th I expect John will be able to speak directly to the situation. Said financials will be preliminary (audited, but presented by management and so not certified), they will include the first quarter (and maybe more- Well, John did address this, and postponed the date yet again. Also, being that they're going to be pro-forma, I doubt they'll be audited as you have claimed they would be.
