I follow PLT only, and read (scanned really) the PalEx S1 only for the background to better understand the business in general. They seem to approach the business in similar ways in that they aim to take care of shippers' needs completely, giving them appropriate pallets when and where needed. This is a huge market in which no firm has dominance....yet....I think CHEP is the biggest so far, they're Aussies. The only thing I know for sure in comparing PLT and PALX is that PLT is far cheaper in terms of sales/$ paid....also, by now they have some experience behind them....costly experience, but it's behind them, IMO....
