Any E-trade-ers out there: I called E-Trade this a.m. to request some sort of proof that they had submitted my request for certificates. They said they had submitted the request on the 24th of June but that they DIDN'T need to and weren't going to send me any proof. I begged and pleaded to no avail. Is that request going to reach ECNC, or do I need to call E-Trade and kick some butt? (I think that's what I tried to do this morning but they were having no part of it) If anyone can shed some light on this I'd be most grateful. Thanks!
