Helen: NETP has to make it thru 20 and 22 before it can get to mid20s. The resistance is not inconsiderable, but with decent volume, its doable. Problem is, decent volume has been a pipe dream -- and NETP has gone down the drain as a result.
But assuming this little turkey manages to flop to 25, would you advise someone with a large position averaging 28 to sell at least some? I ask because I know Jimbo would be interested in your always-astute comments. M2
