Pen Interconnect signs Transdigital merger agreement. For Freyer to do this he must have a 99% degree of confidence in the airplane orders or he would be sued for his statements back in Nov/Dec. I think he is a straight shooter, so now we wait to see how big the contracts are. I'm hearing a $20-30 million contract is imminent.
Co will be changing their name also to Transdigital.
It seems that this company should now start to rise as investors anticipate a new revenue stream. good luck.
