once they file for the a/v ipo, you should probably know around then if it goes through WIT or not - i actually have a feeling that a/v may not ipo that soon - on the CNBC interview, dw said they would like to integrate a/v as a portal first - that must be an awful BIG job don't you think? hats off to CMGi though for keeping all their businesses working together so well - i guess that's why they recently started up an integration business
