Hi TD, Thanks for the response to Neocon. Perhaps you and DD have some valid points - of course you do. On the other hand, everyone is a sinner, and you and I know the antidote for that. Maybe even in light of all of the evil which the settlers propagated, there had to be that collateral damage because the messangers were often impure; but the gospel had to be spread to the ends of the earth. There were - even if the majority of Europeans were of evil intent and/or deed- some very saintly missionaries in their midst, and these men did plant some "good seeds." Is that fair? FWIW Andy
