CSG Systems, Inc. Begins Commercial Telephony Billing Service For 21ST

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- CSG Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of CSG Systems International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSGS),
has implemented a new commercial telephony billing solution for 21ST Century Telecom, Chicago's only fiber optic provider of cable TV,
Internet and telephone services.

Telecom. "We expect CSG BillConnect to streamline our billing and customer care tools, making the ordering process much more efficient.
The product will certainly make our expansion into additional services much easier."
CSG BillConnect, a modular end-to-end billing solution for convergent providers, will perform parsing, rating and discounting functions for
commercial traffic. Also, CSG BillConnect will offer a strong measure of revenue assurance for 21ST Century Telecom by targeting 100
percent of Call Detail Records (CDRs) recorded. Installation of CSG BillConnect was completed on June 14 at 21ST Century Telecom's
Chicago-based Network Operations Center.
