I suspect that people are worried about tomorrow's interest payment on the debentures. Notice that the bid on the debentures has dropped to $15 (per $100 face value) from yesterday's bid of $50. Perhaps they will make the payment, but people are nervous that they won't. And if the news is bad, perhaps those with inside knowledge are dumping.
