This "soft opening" thing has me worried. Why not open once with a bang? Sagaloo, I just got back from DisneyWorld, and I'll let you know that "soft openings" are common with any high-tech venture. If you have constructed something complicated that is designed to service mass quantities of people, you want to test it first. Disney always has soft openings for their more ambitious rides (they were conducting a soft opening of a new coaster while I was there). Of course, JNNE may be a bit optimistic that their shopping site will really draw that many people. But in any case, soft openings are nothing to worry about. Jape
