Yes. Dan McGinnis did a fine job building CCSC which I owned early on.

Strikes me that one of the less visible advantages SFE has is its depth of managerial talent and willingness to recruit more all the time.

And the way SFE operates, SFE management can with a perfectly straight face assure its ex CEOs and would be CEOs that there may well be an SFE sponsored and supported company for them in their future.

A major incentive I should think. Comments? Chaz
