By integrating the latest graphics chip from S3, the new AOpen PA4000 offers AGP 4X performance, high-end 3D graphics and sublime 2D performance for mainstream business applications.

Based on the S3 Savage4 PRO chip, the PA4000 delivers several unique features, including: S3's texture compression technology (S3TC), which allows for greater sized graphics storage and manipulation;
improved sustained fill rates; increased performance by maximizing AGP bandwidth; and dramatically improved image quality. Lastly, AOpen adds a considerable amount of memory, 32MB SDRAM, to further boost graphics performance.
