I spent today attending the Streaming Media East 99 show in New York City. Over 80 companies were present. Spoke with everyone from start ups to public companies. I saw nothing that would worry me in the least as to CCUR's target markets (although their were some cool things in the intranet space). Even spoke to the folks at Minerva. One area that did get my interest and will likely get my money is the video conferencing area. Some real interesting companies were running their offerings and I think this stuff will be big in corporate America next year. I will save that info for another thread.
