And I do agree that AMAT will absorb all the high margin, high volume business leaving the scraps and niches for the smaller competitors. Hmmm. High volume, high margin business? There is precious little of that in this environment ... if there is any at all ... no matter what AMAT says ... We'll see how it plays out, but I would think that LRCX will go it alone for a bit (which is not to say that I do not think that the LRCX/NVLS or NVLS/LRCX merger makes sense in time). --Duker
