G Young regards your comment "JV in Peru is getting closer to being filed in Peru". My understanding to this point was they were waiting for a "signature" which I would interpret to be a formal finalizing to a done deal. (vs. a filing which seems to signify the "beginning" stages). Appreciate any elaborating you might have on this particular point or just your gut feelings.
